Morning Cleanser

500 g Raw Cocoa Bits
1/2 tsp Ceylon Cinnamon
2.5 g Creatin (your choice)

Breakfast

100 ml Nut Milk
3 Tbsp Macadamia Nuts 
2 tsp of Walnuts
2 Tbsp Hemp Seeds
1 tsp of Flaxseed
1 tsp of Sea Moss Gel
1/4 Brazil Nut
1 Tbsp Cocoa Bits
30g Pea Protein
1/2 tsp Ceylon Cinnamon
1/2 cup Blueberries (your choice)
3 Cherries (Optional)
2 oz Pomegranate Juice (Optional)

Lunch

45 g Black lentils (cooked) 
250 g Broccoli
150 g Cauliflower
50 g Mushrooms
1 clove Garlic
3 g Ginger Root
1 Lime
1 Tbsp Cumin
1 Tpsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tbsp Hemp Seeds
1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
